General Directions + Map

We are located on the south side of 5th Street between Nicollet Mall and Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. The new light rail transit line runs directly in front of our building. Our office building is white, four stories tall, and has the number "33" over the door. There are no signs or other lettering on the building. The clinic occupies all of 4th Floor. Parking is available directly across 5th St. in the Midtown Ramp, or in a lot one half block west on 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue.

From the Northern Suburbs
Take 35W South to the Washington Ave. exit. Turn right on Washington Ave. Follow Washington Ave. to 1st. Ave. N. Turn left onto 1st Ave. N. Follow 1st Ave. 2 blocks to 4th St. and turn left onto 4th St. Follow 4th St. across Hennepin Ave. Immediately after crossing Hennepin, look for the Midtown Ramp on the right. Park in ramp; we are directly across 5th St. from the ramp.

From the Western Suburbs
Take Hwy. 394 East to downtown Minneapolis. Take the 6th St. exit. Follow 6th St. 2 blocks to Hennepin Ave. and turn left onto Hennepin. Follow Hennepin 1/2 block and turn right into the parking lot at the corner of 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue. Walk ½ block east on 5th street to the entrance of our building.

From St. Paul and Wisconsin
Take 94 West to the 5th St. exit. Follow 5th St. to 11th Ave. S. and turn left on 11th Ave. Follow 11th Ave. 2 blocks to 7th St. Turn right on 7th St. Follow 7th St. 12 blocks to Hennepin Ave. Turn right on Hennepin Ave. Follow Hennepin 2 blocks and turn right into the parking lot at the corner of 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue. Walk ½ block east on 5th street to the entrance of our building.

From Anoka, Fridley, and Coon Rapids
Take Hwy 10 East to the 610 exit. Continue to Hwy 252, which runs into Hwy 94 East. Follow 94 East to downtown. Take the 4th Street exit. Follow 4th St. a couple blocks, until you cross Hennepin Ave. Immediately after crossing Hennepin, look for the Midtown Ramp on the right. Park in ramp; we are directly across 5th St. from the ramp.

From Bloomington, Owatonna, Albert Lea, and Faribault
Go north on 35W. When you get within a mile of downtown, get in the left lane and watch for the sign saying "Downtown Exits." Take the 5th Ave. exit. Follow 5th Ave. to 7th St. and turn left onto 7th St. Follow 7th St. 6 blocks to Hennepin Ave. and turn right onto Hennepin. Follow Hennepin 2 blocks and turn right into the parking lot at the corner of 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue. Walk ½ block east on 5th street to the entrance of our building.

From Mankato and St. Peter
Go north on HWY 169 to 394 E. Take 394 E. into downtown; take the 6th Street exit. Follow 6th St. to Hennepin Ave. and turn left onto Hennepin. Follow Hennepin ½ block and turn right into the parking lot at the corner of 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue. Walk ½ block on 5th street to the entrance of our building.

From Rochester
Go north on Hwy. 52. Hwy 52 turns into Hwy. 55. Follow Hwy. 55 West to 494 West. Take 494 West to 35W North. Follow 35W North to Minneapolis. When you get within a couple miles of downtown, get in the left lane and watch for the sign saying "Downtown Exits." Take the 5th Ave. exit. Follow 5th Ave. to 7th St. and turn left onto 7th St. Follow 7th St. 6 blocks to Hennepin Ave. and turn right onto Hennepin. Follow Hennepin 2 blocks and turn right into the parking lot at the corner of 5th Street and Hennepin Avenue. Walk ½ block east on 5th street to the entrance of our building.

From Austin
Take 218 Northwest or 90 West to 35 W North. Follow 35W North to Minneapolis. When you get within a couple miles of downtown, get in the left lane and watch for the sign saying "Downtown Exits." Take the 5th Ave. exit. Follow 5th Ave. to 7th St. and turn left onto 7th St. Follow 7th St. 6 blocks to Hennepin Ave. and turn right onto Hennepin. From Red Wing and Winona
Take 61 NW to 494 West. Take 494 West to 35W North. Follow 35W North to Minneapolis. From St. Cloud
